Rhubi Mistelle

Inspired to make a Mistelle with a contemporary twist, RHUBI is crafted in Victoria from fresh rhubarb (not concentrate), pairing rhubarb juice with juniper, French gentian, and rounded out with aromatic mandarin and bitter citrus for a complex botanical finish.
RHUBI is made in Australia, however reverence towards Mistelle's origins in France is inherent in RHUBI's story. Our original and distinctive bottle panes are inspired by the shutter windows of Claude Monet's residence in Mistelle's spiritual home, Normandy. Since the launch in 2021, RHUBI has been a proud contributor to the rise of Australian aperitifs, promoting a new style of Australian drinking inspired by southern European aperitivo hour.
