The brainchild of renowned Italian bartender Simone Rossi, Ratafia Rossi is an update of the classic Ratafia category, traditionally made from any type of liqueur made with an infusion based on fruit or fruit juices and alcohol. The very best Ratafia's are based on a recipe of sour cherries or cherries.
Ratafa Rossi, produced in the heart of Italy’s historic aperitivo region Piedmont, revives the old tradition of making Italian Ratafia whilst striving to innovate and elevate an old classic. The result is an outstanding aperitif cherry wine that combines Fortifed Barbera d’Asti DOCG with fruit infused Italian brandy of 3 & 10 years old.
